Free shipping and delivery across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Shipping Coverage Area
Shipping and delivery services are available to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the company’s approved shipping partners.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Within Riyadh City
Delivery is completed within:
1 to 3 business days.
Outside Riyadh City
Delivery is completed within:
3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances or during seasonal campaigns and promotional periods.
4. Official Working Days & Hours
The company’s official working days are:
Sunday to Thursday
From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Business operations do not include Fridays or official public holidays.
5. Product Delivery
The company is committed to delivering products in their original condition and according to the approved specifications at the time of purchase.
In the event of any damage occurring during shipping or delivery, responsibility lies with the shipping company, and the matter will be handled according to the approved shipping procedures.
6. Delays Caused by Shipping Companies
The company is not responsible for delays beyond its control resulting from:

Any customs fees, legal obligations, or regulatory charges outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange request is due to:
- A manufacturing defect.
- An error in the order or delivery.
The company will bear all shipping and transportation costs.
However, if the return or exchange is requested based on the customer’s personal preference, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping and transportation costs.
8. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Customers may cancel an order free of charge if the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order is cancelled after shipment, the customer will be responsible for:
- Shipping fees.
- Return shipping fees (if applicable).
9. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable in the following cases:
- If the shipment has already left the company’s warehouse.
- If the shipment has reached the nearest available delivery point to the customer.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s lack of response or incorrect information provided.
10. Shipment Collection Method
Delivery priority is to the customer’s doorstep. However, in certain operational circumstances or according to the shipping company’s policy, the customer may be requested to collect the shipment from the nearest branch or office of the shipping company.
